I love it. I know you usually don't mark down CR since it does indeed vary based off party composition, tactics, and builds. But if you had to around what CR would this be? I want to throw it against a party. They're currently in a setting that is eldritch horror themed.

I say do it. Villains don't have to be evil per say and vigilantes don't need to be good. A vigilante just needs to step outside the law to correct a perceived injustice.

I was curious about Terminus. As far as the RAI of the ability goes. Would it negate the effects of a vampire's gaseous form or a lich's phylactery if the undead in question were deities? or is it just specifically their cosmic string that is negated?

@Obly99 I really like the idea behind this creature. Did you have in mind similar tribulations for higher status beings. Like a tribulation for demi deities or quasi-deities or perhaps even just a mortal seeking demi status?

@Upper_Krust what were the original concepts you had in mind with the Cimeriel and Welkin? What were they going to be concept wise like creature type? Also, what is a Kranger mentioned in the World Flayer (Cogent) Organization? Or at least it's concept of what it was supposed to be in relation...
