Does the life clerics new "harm" spells only work on undead or do they work on everyone?

Between Steady Aim and most of their weapons having the Vex weapon mastery property it looks like the Rogue will be doing Sneak Attack damage much more frequently than in 5e.

It says nothing of that in the second edition of the book. It says there in black and white with what you are showing me only the evil societies like Iuz, Great Kingdom and the Horned Society let large number of humanoids roam free.

That's in regards to Iuz, the Horned Society and portions of the Great Kingdom, not Greyhawk City. Neutral and Good lands don't let large amounts of old school orcs in their lands.

I got the 2nd edition World of Greyhawk from '83 and it's not there from what I see.

Which I can understand but not sure a complete overhaul for 576 CY was really needed. At that time period Greyhawk was human centric. If they wanted to add the new races bring in them in the 600s due to portals, migration, etc. I guess it's not really that big of a deal but just strange to me.

Tieflings are there too.

With that picture of the Silver Dragon inn it looks like with the new 576 CY timeline Greyhawk will have the new interpretation of the orc and also has dragonborn.

That explains why magic isn't as prevalent on Oerth as on Toril.

Spells. I want to see if they kept some of their proposed changes.
