By my math, Cha bonus = +33, so Dmg = +33 * 1.5 (from cha) + 10 (from sword) = +59 +59 is the correct bonus.

The BAB requirement is for base attack bonus, not attack bonus with modifiers. So, the paladin can't meet the requirements until level 5, at which point you could take the 6th level as Kensai. Hope that helps!

Actually it is the dastana that screams munchkin to me, a rediculous and overpowered piece of "armor" if ever there was one... I'm not even sure it was supported in 3.5, seeing as it was from Oriental Adventures. I hope they got rid of this thing in whatever 3.5 supplement they released for OA.
