GanskVorel should have fewer hit points after losing draconic might. Also, do not forget about Prometheus losing seven from his caster level. Is a titan immune to frightful presence, or does a breath weapon not count as an attack for the purposes of frightful presence?

Prismatic sphere is not a possible pre-entry buff, as far as I can tell. It is immobile, so if you did have it around you before entering the arena, it would stay outside of the arena.
