    Macgyver: Oopsies and spoilers

Try being ex-military. Any military errors will drive you bonkers.

    D&D 5E Is he evil?

It was cold blood. The bouncer was unarmed and surrendering.

    D&D 5E Is he evil?

Even putting aside Alignment questions- Of course it's evil. Or, at least WRONG. The guy surrendered, weaponless. Even after doing his job, in his own place of employment. How anyone could see that as not-evil is beyond my comprehension.

Get together, talk to him. If that doesn't work, kill him and take his stuff... :p

    Fantasy RPG without levels?

Wouldn't that be almost any RPG other than a D&D-based one?

    Where is the National Guard?

That would be "1776". A great musical. I played Colonel Thomas McKean onstage for a run of it with a local theater company.

Looks like someone enjoyed her time in jail

Actually, that phrase is almost always used in the case of right-wingers protesting about gay rights legislation. Which makes me wonder what they are thinking about in their spare time...

TV shows you'll be watching this year?

There's a new show in November on AMC that looks AWESOME. It's called "Into the Badlands", and it looks likes a post-apocalypic, Mad Max mixed with chanbara and wuxia. It hits ALL of my buttons.

    "Well, what's wrong with slavery?"

The latest Quinnipiac Poll has Trump at 28% among registered Republicans. The next highest is Ben Carson at 12%. I think that says a LOT about the Republican party in general.

    "Well, what's wrong with slavery?"

And yet, he has a double-digit lead over EVERY OTHER Republican candidate. That's certainly not a MINORITY.

    "Well, what's wrong with slavery?"

It's not an "obscure" source. He's been on the air on WHO, a 50,000 watt station, for more than 20 years. Of course, WHO also plays Limpballs, and another local reich-winger, Simon Conway.

It get's a big "meh" from me.

    The Confederate Flag

They thought the "states" should have the "rights" to own slaves, of course.

    Abortion

One of the reasons I never refer to it as "pro-life"- because most of them aren't. It's more properly anti-choice.

    The Confederate Flag

We beat the British, we don't fly the Union Jack. We beat the slavers, we shouldn't fly the traitor's rag.

    The Confederate Flag

Then tell him he should be proud to be an American. Most Americans don't identify by region, as much as they to by state. So you don't usually get "I'm proud to be a North Easterner" or "I'm proud to be a Mid-Westerner". You are more likely to hear "I'm proud to be a Mainer", or "I'm proud to...

    The Confederate Flag

I've always preferred (and use almost exclusively when I'm dicussing it) "The Slaver's Revolt".

    The Confederate Flag

No, but the Confederacy was founded on the pretty much the sole premise of the state's right to own human beings. In the Confederacy's OWN words, from their OWN documents, it was mostly founded to continue slavery: Mississippi Declaration of Causes for Secession, 1861: Our position is...

And Here It Is - Wil Wheaton's TABLETOP RPG Show Is TITANSGRAVE: THE ASHES OF VALKANA

Who the heck cares if it's "like D&D"? It's NOT D&D. There are many, many more games than just D&D. I, for one, am glad it's not D&D, because I think (IMHO) that D&D is overblown. It's an okay game, but there are many better ones available. Again, IMNSHO.
