Starfinder What is the status of the setting going into 2E?

I asked a very similar question on these very forums some time ago (took awhile to find it) and it resulted in my buying the Drift Crisis book along with the other addendums. tell me about the Drift Crisis Took a while to find it. I would say it changes the dynamic of the universe in regards...

Starfinder What is the status of the setting going into 2E?

I think the biggest change and the thing that has sent reverbrations through the SF universe is the Drift crisis. Otherwise, things stayed pretty much the same overall. Some would even say the Drift Crisis didn't change a ton (I disagree).

How many years does it take for an RPG to become nostalgic, for you?

I'm not sure that I get nostalgic for games or game rules. Maybe for when I played them and who I played them with. Certain campaigns. I mean, if we want to say game rules...it would be the first time I play them, if I like them, I get nostalgic? Because then I want to play them again...

D&D (2024) 13 Attacks a Round the Most You Can Get?

The question wasn't whether it's normal, or universal, or something the DM would do, but the most attacks one could get in a round (and, though I brought it up, as I mentioned before, I prefer the Warlock cheese as mentioned by others in the thread more than this idea in actual gameplay, simply...

D&D (2024) 13 Attacks a Round the Most You Can Get?

Even if you are playing 2024, if you bring forward a class from 2014 (I think they said that was doable) to play with the 2024 rules, it's still useable!

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

Are we allowed to talk politics? PS: That said...I would suppose your comment only backs up my original final conclusion which said

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

There's only so much I can say without abridging the no-politics rule that you instituted, and I'm not sure what you want me to say because if I go start stating certain companies (without permission I may add) it will violate the rules put forth that we are to stick strictly to the RPG...

Compare The Market's Tabletop Gaming Survey

I didn't even realize Fallout had a Miniatures Battle game (or whatever Fallout Wasteland Warfare is). I don't think I've seen it in the stores. It's the 3rd most popular game in the US though! I should look more carefully!

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

I'm trying to explain it. I am at a loss of how to explain it anymore clearly than I did before. I have no idea how to explain it more clearly...I'll try to rack my brain, but I seriously don't know why I can't be understood??? I guess I'll start with the video which you don't want to watch...

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

Maybe this will explain some of it better than I am doing? It was already posted in this thread previously, but I am obviously doing a poor job of explaining what is happening clearly. Sorry. This video hopefully does a better job of it (and sorry to those who saw it in the thread previously...

Karate Kid: Legends - Official Trailer #2

So...is it a sequel to Cobra Kai...or not?

    One innovation per edition

OD&D is the base I suppose. AD&D - All the different classes (including Monk, Assassin, Cavalier, Barbarian, Bushi, etc). BECMI - Giant Dragons (large and Huge Dragons) on an understandable scale, but also doable. AD&D 2e - THAC0 (yes, I love it much more than what came after), though it...

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

Hmmm. Let me think of another way to say the same thing. There are people at the Dock that inspect things and levy taxes that work for the Federal Government. They normally work for Customs and Border Protection, or are Border Agents. They also work with other enforcement agencies. They...

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

Dock Authorities I suppose. I wasn't the one taking the calls. I've just heard the people talking and reporting about this junk. I think there's a video posted in this thread where at least one person also experienced this, but more personally as they were the one who got the call...

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

We've had that happen already. At first, there were people calling those saying their property would be destroyed unless the Tariff was paid. Then was the call saying it was all a mistake and there shouldn't have been any money paid. No one knows what's actually happening right now, or so I...

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

Ah, where I misunderstood. I was thinking most of the RPG industry was in the US and hence most of the shipping had stuff or portions that went through the US before it went to the rest of the World, rather than the entire thing being finished enmasse in China (or elsewhere) and then shipped...

D&D (2024) 13 Attacks a Round the Most You Can Get?

I'll PM you instead. No desire to "win" the conversation, so much as express that I think the interpretation is more of a popular opinion than a hard fast rule. Without reigning it in, it can lead to all sorts of weird combos (my favorite of them is actually with a Warlock, but that's a...

How Will The New Tariffs Affect TTRPG Prices?

Move more of their business to other nations or countries. If they have to pay more to ship a book between the US and let's say, France or Italy (30% tariff I believe is what was announced), then it could be simpler to do a direct shipping from China (if they print there) to Europe, or actually...
