The mystical martial artist referred to as monk by all editions of past dnd. if you would accept less, why not more? a subclass plays on related concepts, but not all related concepts can be best done under one roof, otherwise, all academic subjects would become philosophy for a comparative...

clerics also have no presence in the base literature not even in myth or legend that much. we got more for martial artists and psions than clerics beyond the literal social role.

Okay do the monk properly? Secondly, using your own idea we should cut out the cleric as it is a spell caster(the cleric is the greatest aberration of dnd classes, followed by those derived from it)

D&D 5E (2024) How's the adoption of the new Goliath types going?

Look I never listened to the show and only watched the animation, but he feels too much of a joke charicter to be the default option as it is easier to turn serious into a joke, but not the other way around. Is there not a more serious option somewhere?

D&D 5E (2014) Convince me that the Ranger is a necessary Class.

The problem with only four classes is that it becomes hell to do a concept well. We should have as many classes as is needed to do something well, not one more and not one less.

D&D 5E (2024) How's the adoption of the new Goliath types going?

elan are too human to work the point if the aberration is to be somewhat a horror. Goliath feels like a blank slate for me right now, and even pasting bits of other giants seems dull. They need a default option to work from culturally, a Gimli or Legolas.

look I have issues with the fiends art but cheesecake is not it, I want all extraplanar entities to be more evocative and to be more different. I know Hasbro can do it, they make collectibles so it is the same logic.

That is stupid as it should be antithetical to stasis by have endless existence, exploding constantly, a sensory overload hell of total pointlessness. With perfect law being black nothingness

The point is terms. To most humans law sounds reasonably good, but stasis does not thus a more evocative image, semantics do matter to a degree. True, but you need a better idea to work from to make better enforcers of said idea.

but comic stasis is a more evocative, clear term, it explains why people would want some sort of balance between the two, as both chaos and stasis would be unpleasant for most people.

it is made to do the same job, thus clearly they want steak but do not wish to change diets for a variety of reasons thus an imitation is born. I think my problem with alignment is that it both feels half done cosmically and badly done on a more mortal scale. it should be clearer what the four...
