    Sneak attack on AoO

    This is correct.

Should you be able to dodge a fireball by readying an action?

Yes. Which is why the OP didn't post this in the Rules forum originally - someone moved it here. I am fairly certain that the OP knows what the rules say on the subject. As you say, though, this is not only a game - it's also an abstraction of reality. If your DM is not willing to bend rules or...

How many smite evils per round?

I would say that a "normal melee attack" is any melee attack where you use your weapon to do damage. Things that are not normal attacks would then be things like trip, disarm, sunder. Yes, these are all special attack actions, but I think that's not the distinction we're looking for (especially...

Magic Weapon Oil How much coverage in a vial?

50% of the time, yes. Ghost Touch is not among the weapon enhancements that bows bestow upon their ammunition.

How many smite evils per round?

I disagree that the attack you get at the end of a charge is not a "normal melee attack". It has certain bonuses and special conditions, but so does a melee attack made when you're invisible, a melee attack made from higher ground, a melee attack you make when you're wielding a reach weapon, a...

How many smite evils per round?

A Charge is a special attack action that includes one normal attack.

    Increasing Max Dex?

The problem is that if you have Uncanny Dodge, an increased Max DEX modifier is better than an equally increased armor bonus, because: - It increases your touch AC - It doesn't count toward the max enhancement bonus of +5 of the armor That's why people say that it should be priced at +1...

    Feat retraining

The example here is a character that has two sources for both Weapon Specialisation and Weapon Focus feats, and bonus feats from class features. They want to retrain the feats so that they can get other feats instead. The bonus feats from class features will remain. The problem is that the...

Should you be able to dodge a fireball by readying an action?

True. But then say you stand 500 meters away from a gunman and you ready to move when you see the flash from the gun firing. You have plenty of time to move one body width away before the bullet reaches you.

Should you be able to dodge a fireball by readying an action?

Slight correction: Pulling the trigger, assuming the gun is functional, the safety is off, and there is a bullet in the firing chamber causes the gun to fire. There is time between the pulling of the trigger and the firing of the bullet. That time is taken by mechanical parts in the gun between...

Should you be able to dodge a fireball by readying an action?

No. You may pull the trigger of a gun without firing it, a gun may fire without anyone pulling the trigger. Pulling the trigger is the last event in the chain of events leading to the bullet being fired where you have any input, but it is by no means the last event in that chain. I am splitting...

    Alternates/Replacements for Paladins Divine Grace

Well, when it's Wisdom they can focus on Wisdom by taking a level of Monk and the Zen Archery feat and get spellcasting, saves, AC, to-hit, healing, and turn undead off the same stat. That's a lot.

Fire Shield vs. Fires of Purity

That's why every self-buffer of note should wear two rings: Ring of Counterspelling (with Dispel Magic cast into it) and Ring of Counterspelling (with Greater Dispel Magic cast into it). At higher levels, replace Dispel Magic with Arcane Disjunction (though that requires a modified ring, IIRC).

My best TWF Character in core-rule

Also, how does your Rogue 2 qualify for Daring Outlaw? Daring Outlaw requires 2d6 Sneak Attack.

Should you be able to dodge a fireball by readying an action?

No, it doesn't, no less than it takes an arrow zero time to travel from the bow to its target. Both take zero "game ticks", but that's not the same as zero time.

Epic class BAB/save progression when you have natural Hit Dice

They qualify as "Epic Fighter" bonus feats, not "Fighter" bonus feats. Even if your character is epic, if they don't have 21 levels of Fighter then they don't have any levels as "Epic Fighter".

Readied Action - Setting A Spear Against a Charge

That may be an action, but it's not an Action in the rules sense of the word, and Hypersmurf has argued that it is Actions, not actions, that trigger readies.

Should you be able to dodge a fireball by readying an action?

I disagree. Arrows are fast enough to represent the fireball bead IMO.
