str 9
dex 10

int 13
wis 10
cha 9
CN first level expert
PS
some people are full of themselves... duh :p
i doubt even stupid people are going to admit a low int... but i also believe most of the people here do have more than 10
recently the party encounterd a hellhound. its fort save bonus was higher than the dc for my slay living, although i did not know that at the time. he got a 1 and died on the first round. lots of fun :)
not very recenly, during some fight, i betted against the dm that my next d20 roll will not...
railroading is not necessarily something that the player finds objectionable. sometimes railroading is unavoidable or necessary.
1 is not railroading. how can combat be railroaded? he might have made his save.
2 is not railroading. it is the result of player activity. railroading is when player...
high stats are prefferable to me. not overly high though, being too goddamngly powerfull is not fun for long. having low stats is just sucky, especially if the other players have better stats.
i just took this test.
str 9
dex 5
con 11
int 9
wis 11
cha 9
in the int part it said part 1: 14 and part 2: 3, wtf?? which would you say carries more weight? i got high on a semi iq test but low on stupid questions... baah.
and second, this is ridiculously low dex i got, i know im not...
so many people here are so full of themselves. it is much more likely that most of us would just be a npc class with 1-3 levels and stats of 9-13.
if i had to think of what i'll be in the dnd world i'd say a 1st lvl expert with a str and cha of 9, an int of 13 and a wis, con and dex of 10-11...
as i understand it, railroading is when the dm has a set path for the players to take, the adventure will work out as planned head of time no matter what. i think that this is closest to the second poll option, so that is what i voted. the first poll option is what happens when the dm does not...
i and my fellow players say coup de grace like this: cut-de-grass (as in 'mowing the lawn') or cup-de-grab (no idea... 'grab anything you can from the body'?) (depending on the weapon used) both are probably incorrect. ;) :p
im 10th level. and yes, i kick ass. but so do the other players.
but im asking about clerics in general, no matter what level.
as i see it now, the cleric has the same amount of power as any other calss.
people around here say the cleric is overpowered. why do you think so? im palying a cleric in my current game and it does not seem all that powerfull comperd to the other players at all.
can a hasted creature use its standard action to cast a spell an then use the partial action granted by haste to cast another spell in the same round? the ability to cast two spell in one round is a bit too powerful to be granted by a therd level spell... at least in my opinion.
hey, great idea! i'm sure going to add this into my next campiagn and i hope my current dm will too (going to suggest it to him next time i see him). i'm playing a cleric, i'll be glad to take the craft holy symbol feat next level :):)
how comw i never thought of that myself?.....
i know many people believe the cleric is too powerful, that is why i added those last few words. and nifft, if you can't speak your mind without trying to insult me as well, i'd preffer to not hear what you have to say.
it seems most of you think that my new cleric is overpowerd (although not many people voted) i originaly thought that the spontaneous healing is the most powerful thing a cleric has but i didnt want to be the one who just goes around and heals all the time. in the game im going to play in im...
i've been thinking about the following changes to the cleric class:
1.no spontaneouse healing
2.no turn undead
3.martial weapons proficiency
4.three domains instead of two
5.two domain spells instead of one
6.scribe scroll
do you think this is overpowerd, underpowerd or just right...
