    the passenger ships starting at a certain grade get a feature that gives them additional luxury decks for every passenger deck that states those luxury decks don't count against the ship's deck limit, so yeah, i assume there's restrictions on things.

    ...that's not gaslighting being described, though. gaslighting is making someone believe certain events happened differently to how they actually happened. what's being described is more invoking the fear of missing out then anything else.
