Thanks! Yeah, sure, that works best for pbp. If you win surprise(in this situation, make your dc 9 stealth check), you get advantage. In pbp I usually let player act first anyways, but in off chance that PCs fail to spot an ambush, I'm going to let the enemies attack first with advantage...
