Thong is, both of those are already in Rising from the Last War, and they seem to be emphasizing that these play nice together.

Well, we don't know the exact flavor to rules ratio yet...there are three whole seperate chapters outlining different Campaign "models" (Sharn based detectives, Morgrave University backed "researchers" a la Indiana Jones, and Dragonmarked House intrigue) thst seem to be pretty fluffy in nature...

Forgotten Realms is frankly such a different beast, it makes sense to give it a big two book treatment: but I could see introducing Dark Sun, say, in a more concise, vibes based format thst doesn't need to go in-depth.

The cover photos are pretty clearly of a hardcover book, it has the ringing for it. So at the very least, this is a hardcover book. O6 pages would still match with those in the Planescape box set. But since the "campaign models" were specifically compared to those in the DMG...I think 138...

I think you are specifically underestimating the campaign material: they don't have three adventures, they have three Campaigns ("Campaign Model" apparently). Based on the Greyhawk stuff in the DMG, I think that means 96-128 pages.
