Looking for an adventure involving the Resurection of a God

I read the adventure "Those Once Loyal" (part 17 of the Scales of War adventure path) and it looks suitable for my purposes. Thanks for putting me onto it, ppaladin123 :)

Looking for a good fantasy city (d20)

I ordered The Great City hardback from Lulu. I've never ordered from them before so it will be interesting to see the production quality of a print-on-demand book. The only issue I might have with this product is the map. For a city with 50,000 residents, it looks like it has too few buildings...

Looking for an adventure involving the Resurection of a God

Thanks, folks. The Scales of War adventure path sounds interesting. That plot might just work. I'll track that one down and have a read of it. I'm running 3E but will be happy to just get ideas from it. (I've ran For Duty & Deity. I ran it pretty much as is. Grazz'zt out-smarted the player's...

Looking for a good fantasy city (d20)

Thanks, folks. I like the sound of The Great City by 0onegames. The maps and support looks great and it's a walled, port city with a harbour like I'd pictured :) Can The Great City be purchased as a physical book or is it just a pdf product?

Looking for an adventure involving the Resurection of a God

In a Greyhawk game I'm running, Heironeous was slain in an epic conflict with an avatar of Tharizdun. Anyway, I regret this happening as Heironeous is such an iconic god to the setting. So... I'd like to bring him back from the dead! So I was wondering if there are any published adventures out...

Looking for a good fantasy city (d20)

I'm running 3E era Forgotten Realms and made up a fictional city inbetween Waterdeep and Neverwinter. It's called Stormport. At the moment, I've kept the details fairly vague for the players but wanted to flesh it out more. Anyway, I was wondering if there are any cool city supplements out there...

Pathfinder 1E Why is the out-of-print Pathfinder Campaign Setting so expensive?

No international shipping, again :( Does the Pathfinder Campaign Setting come with a fold out map and how is it attached to the book?: - perferated tab - stuck on with removable glue - bound in and you need a scaple to remove Thanks

Could Scarred Lands be used for Abeir?

This might be difficult as the FR gods went to Toril. But I was thinking of having a second god/primordial war on Toril. The gods will win and the aftermath will be very much like it is on Scarred Lands. I could even take elements like the Blood Sea, etc. Also at the end of the war, due to the...

Could Scarred Lands be used for Abeir?

OK. Thanks for the info. Well, in a way I'm relieved I don't have to hunt down all the OOP Scarred Lands books. Maybe there's something else out there... Otherwise I just make it up. But I have limited time these days so was hoping for a published work out there I could adapt.

Could Scarred Lands be used for Abeir?

I've been looking for a published setting I could alter to use for Abeir. There's been some discussion online that 4E Darksun could be a good fit as it is a world ruled by primordials and the gods have been banished/slain. Abeir, as described in the FRCG, doesn't seem to be a desert world...

Pathfinder 1E Why is the out-of-print Pathfinder Campaign Setting so expensive?

I had a search on eBay and Amazon to see if I could pick up the Pathfinder Campaign setting - thinking I could buy it cheap due to the revision coming out soon - only to find it for sale between $130 - $500 USD! I understand the book is out-of-print, but the revision isn't too far away. About 4...

How do I legally obtain LFR adventures for home play outside the USA?

It looks like you can sign up for the Wizard's Play Network for home (private) events. I don't know if this gives you access to the LFR adventures but it looks like you need a DCI/RPGA number to sign up. This number can only be provided from a WPN location. These all seem to be in North America...

    Vote for your Forgotten Realms!

Everyone will agree that the production values and the depth and care given to 3e era Realms was great but that era isn't much different to the Gray box era except that the Time of Troubles occurred, Bane/Bhaal/Myrkul were killed and replaced by Cyric, etc... Those great production values could...

    Vote for your Forgotten Realms!

What was Ed's original version like? I put it up there as a choice but, to be honest, don't know much about it. I've heard that Ed's original Realms doesn't have any real world analogues like Kara-Tur, Zakhara, Maztica, etc. But at the same time, I've heard the original Realms had connectivity...

    Vote for your Forgotten Realms!

Is 3.0/3.5 Realms much different from Gray Box era Realms? From a marketing point of view, going back to "Classic Era" 1357 DR Realms might pack more of a punch. Perhaps 3.0/3.5 era Realms might not be as popular also as it acknowledges the Time of Troubles which some fans think of as just...

    Vote for your Forgotten Realms!

I guess one big problem about going back in time is that the Forgotten Realms has always had a metaplot tied closely to events in it's novel line. If you back track to, say, the Spellplague Era, do you have to honour all the current 4E timeline novels? It would be difficult to design with that...
