Nope. Some guy was born who had the power to affect the Matrix - presumably, the fifth One. He "freed the first of us" - i.e., the people of Zion. Given that was several generations ago (we've met people who were born free, like Tank and Dozer), Morpheus can't have been freed by an earlier one...

I'd break it into two or more steps. Work out, say, a five level Epic PrC that turns Eadric into some celestial-like entity - he finishes up looking mechanically like a celestial, but you're using the regular advancement system instead of tacking on HD. I think that trying to plan advancement...
