Personally I would up the HD to d8. I don't think it would throw the class out of balance, and I figure their HD should fall in place between rogues and fighters... Other than that minor point I think class looks *very* kewl.

Personally I would make him Divine Rank 0 or something and just give him Miracle as one of his "at will" special abilities... that's kewler than levels of cleric ;) :p (and is actually what I am leaning towards doing with Leviathan :) )

The smart money is on Psychometabolism as his primary discipline ;) Using the rules from ITCK, I am leaning towards Metacreativity as his secondary discipline...

Sounds good. We could have unique immortal creatures that are the last surviving members of a few of these races he exterminated floating around as plot hooks... maybe they work behind the scenes against He Who Eats... but do so very subtlely, for thery realize that their power is nothing...
