Any of the opening adventures from 2e would work well: A Little Knowledge, Year of Priest's Defiance, and Raiders of the Chanth can all be run in that amount of time and have simple, self-contained plots. Do you already have a Pathfinder or 3e version of Dark Sun to work with?

Check out Dragon #298 and #300 for stuff on the Vault and its NPCs for 3e. Dragon 298 is stuffed with 3e drow goodness. The Vault also features in the 2e adventure "Dead Gods" - worth a look.
