I'd use Beast Lords, predator, but change it's creature type to fiend. The Beast Lord can take any humaniod or animal shape, so that allows Bane to appear in any manner you wish at any given time.

I assume of the games they plan to release some are from external studios, not all internal. I mean WotC only has so many internal studios and some of them are busy like Exodus with out projects. Maybe Skeleton Key and Tuque studios seems like the most likely ones internally
