The quick Character Generator is really good! 8D I only wish there were real Character Generators that lets you build the complete Character instead of randomizing them.

Just wanted to add, that the Recovery Rate is not 100% static, even in the Core Books! The Chase Rules (Dungeon Master Guide) give you Exhaustion for dashing too long, but ALL exhaustion levels gained from this are removed by a SHORT or long rest. :)

It depends on your class. A Cleric or Paladin can just use the Shield as Focus and therefore has no Problem. A Bard can use the Shield or Weapon as Focus if he can use them as Musical Instrument (singing Sword, Shells on the Shield, Drum on the Hip, etc). Everyone else needs a hand free for S/M...

I made the same error .. this rule is only ment for specific Scrolls. The Rules for Spell-Scrolls are on page 300.

Btw. I misread the Scroll-Rules from the DMG and thought that everyone can use a Scroll, included Spell-Scrolls! Which I found awesome (wonderful Plot-Helper for many Adventures and that made Scrolls as Treasure useful for all Players). But sadly this was only meant for general Scrolls like...

Spells and therefore Scrolls are not arcane or divine anymore. This distinction comes only from the Spellcaster itself. A scroll of Cure Wounds is cast as a divine Miracly by a Priest but cast as a Arcane Spellcaster from a Bard.
