    Geek Dating site.

*laugh* Come on...let's look at this rationally. What this is about is companionship. Djeta, you may be one of those rare individuals who would be content as a hermit and needs no human companionship. But, if that were the case, I doubt that you'd be attending these boards quite so...

    Geek Dating site.

You will probably be inundated with a wealth of opinions on internet dating, so I thought that I'd offer mine as well! :D I was in a similiar state as your friend, where I had a long dry spell and wasn't finding anyone who particularly caught my interest. It wasn't for lack of girls who...

Ideas needed - undead character template

The player is perusing the Ghostwalk setting tonight for ideas, and I'll crack open the Villian Design Handbook tonight (I knew that I should have looked at that earlier). :)

Ideas needed - undead character template

Because the base undead rules are boring. I'd like the character's return to be memorable. So, I'd like suggestions on just personality quirks and strange abilities as well. Creature's shying away from him or aversion to bright light would be just as welcome. I'm just looking for other ideas...

Ideas needed - undead character template

For aesthetic purposes, I plan to keep the body. The character was an interesting (and eccentric) one. He was formerly a slave of a drow household when he escaped. He was branded with the house symbol on his bald scalp (as a sign of ownership). He took to scalping his defeated drow enemies...

Ideas needed - undead character template

In my current campaign, one of the most colorful PC's passed away (we even took a whole gaming session playing out the funeral). In my campaign, I allow a character to be raised once only. Well, now I find myself regretting that rule. So, it has been a few months now since the character...

London Enworlders - need your help

London is my next destination on my vacation (and I'll be there for 3-4 days), and I'm looking for a good gaming shop (one that has a good supply of Knights of the Dinner Table as well). Can you make any suggestions? Something with easy access from the tube would be great. Thanks in advance...

    Who is the Enworld Babe?

I will throw my vote in for Eric as well. Tewligan had the opportunity to corner Eric at a brewery and shake his hand...he tells me that his hand was "very smooth and dainty, free from all mortal blemish". I believe him.

    Updated Old Dungeons and Dragons

Well, my interest is certainly piqued. I will be curious to see what is developed. I felt that Hackmaster was able to capture to nostalgia and "feel" of old D&D rather well though...

    Kingdoms of Kalamar and www.kenzerco.com

When I order my Hackmaster PHB from them, they packaged it along with a Kingdoms of Kalamar adventure and a Knights of the Dinner Table comic. Free stuff is always nice! :)

So, talk to me about Kalamar

You'll find Kenzer enthusiasts here as well! :) Actually, I haven't played KoK myself, as I run a homebrewed campaign. I have been looking to play KoK though, primarily because I've found Kenzer & Company to be very accomodating to their customers - there are very few companies that command...

    [OT] Congradulate me.

I think that the felony comment was a joke about the incorrect spelling of congratulate....I think that Krieg was suggesting that you're "graduating" on to more substantial crimes.

Thanks! I saw a GM using this at GenCon, and I had already planned to grab a copy. Great program!

    The Sword of Cuthbert

You're welcome. :) By the way, I shot off a quick email to your yahoo account! It's easier for me than posting. I've also signed up to the D&D Open yahoo group.

    The Sword of Cuthbert

-----As one of the authors-it was my pleasure AND my responsibility. My group enjoyed the adventure (particularly since we had just returned from a 5 hour dungeon crawl in the last adventure). In the round that we played (the one where we were travelling to the halfling city), I particularly...

    The Sword of Cuthbert

It was part of the adventure history - the "sword of cuthbert" was the title given to some knight who served in his name (I believe).

    The Sword of Cuthbert

Okay...here we go again... :) Months earlier, I tried (to no avail) to get in contact with someone regarding acquiring previous D&D Open tournaments. Sadly, I've given up on that now. But, I AM interested in talking to anyone about this years D&D Open, "The Sword of Cuthbert". My group...

[Milwaukee Gamefest, 1-3 August] OAD&D tournament

I believe that there was a Hackmaster tournament there, correct? Did you have the chance to play that? I played it at Origins and enjoyed it immensely. It definitely has that nostalgic "old school" feeling.
