This is a ranged attack vs Will, the target takes 3d6 + 1 damage if it moves on its turn, save ends. What happens when the attack rolls a 20? Since its an attack I assumed it was a crit. But the damage doesn't happen till the target moves on his turn. And... does it do crit damage every turn...
