IIRC Mystara has even more weird stuff in it than Greyhawk does? DCC would work well for that. Dark Sun would work well, but you might want to use some Mutant Crawl Classics (MCC) or other DCC rules supplements to work in the psionics etc. All the (X)CC stuff works fine together.
