Adlibbing is, IMO, a nesseccary requirement for all DMs. I have ran entire scenarios off the top of my head and never had a PC even suspect it wasnt all written down. That said, adlibbing too much leads to inconsistancies, as you have nothing written down to refer to.

Ive yet to read Forsaken, but Ill still go out and buy it so that its at hand when I eventually do get around to it.
