    That should be a nasty surprise. I always like to run with people who can consistently make monster knowledge checks, to increase the likelihood of finding out something has an MBA that targets a NAD before I find out the hard way.

    Did you read the rest of my post, where I talked about "more interesting feats"? My specific point about the tax feats is that they should be taken first. Actually, if the OP decides to go with an Essentials Hunter, then there's no real need to go after Weapon Focus until much later, if at all.

    A huge floating head with snakes instead of eye stalks. Two eyes, but one of them is tiny, stunted, and motionless. The other is gigantic. The head has two tiny, feminine arms and shriveled, pointy breasts hanging down from it. Ugh.
