Just downloaded the SRD, and I'll be reading this tomorrow and on and off for a few days. I like the fear/hope mechanic a lot, and I like narrative (or whatever, no turn order) initiative. I doubt I'll ever fully play the game, but I'm going to intermittently use these in my other games.

And, imo, there is room for both kinds of play....... I said I wouldn't buy this, but I might just to support @mearls , we'll see.....

Agreed, I really want to be able to filter stuff more. I make sure to talk to my players about this kind of stuff.....otoh, I usually just say yes, because I don't care all that much as long as it isn't ridiculously broken.

That makes sense! They are seeing how it sells before doing anything else (if I read Mearls correctly).

Very slowly and carefully! You are right, it is a pain and not great.......but it is doable. Not in any easy or good way, and I'm not suggesting otherwise.

I mean, it's all downloadable and printable. I wish we also got ODFs, but we aren't. I've downloaded almost all the DNDbeyond stuff I own.

I'm thrilled they are giving us the chance to buy stuff they cut from the books for space reasons.

I don't buy products with AI art at all (when I can avoid it). So, I'd listen to Morrus.
