Well, your rather limited in the size of your attachments so your not hurting the thread/server any but if you want to clean them up the best thing to do is to go the attachment section of your user control page. (It the very bottom on the left hand side.) Or you can just click here. ;)

Yes and no, I’m very good with having an idea of when something happened if I can see the words around it, like a passage in a book I’ve read before, and that’s just something you can’t do in SBlocks. :) The best search tool is downloading the text file of the thread and keyword searching it...
