If I have a TWF rogue that has 3 levels in swashbuckler and has the Shadow blade feat, do either, both or neither get halved when I'm attacking with my off hand weapon?

Sorry for all the questions, just that I know nothing about these and I think I'd like to try to make one. I'm probably totally blind, but I don't see the prereq of an initiator level of 5 anywhere. All I see is under level it's Swordsage 3, and a prereq of one shadow hand maneuver

So even though it says Assassin's Stance is for Swordsages at lvl 3, you can get it with a rogue by subbing out improved evasion? I thought you still needed to follow prereqs
