I don't think the answer is mundane vs not 'in-world'. It's mundane or not as it relates to the 'real world'. Neither is mundane realistically. In fact, I'd dare to say that none of what any of the protagonists do is mundane realistically.

Isn't that back to that co-op that I still haven't heard anything about since someone proposed it on the first page? What would that entail? I mean, in all reality, most are struggling to survive, not compete. So if everyone gets together, then a rising tide raises all boats?

I find more that it has problems because I haven't provided the context in my own sources, but I asked it a question assuming that contextualization was there. Or I was ambiguous on some relationship between sources, and it used the wrong one.

That's going to vary by user, and our need to adjust our suspenders is going to differ per consumer. For example, anything computer related I have to adjust my suspenders very tightly because all of it is just... wrong. And there wouldn't need to be many changes to make it better. But I get why...

You don't have experience having his level of touch sensitivity. It might not line up, just as his vision doesn't. But after a lifetime of dealing with it, he would have developed his own sense of such things. They simplified it for the show, just as they simplify his vision to just being there.

But his sense of touch is that sensitive. This has been well established for years in the comics. He can actually read standard print using his touch.

It's par for the course in comic books, and those are places that they don't have rights issues or issues getting actors or budgetary issues. They're usually going through their own stuff. It's something you just have to get used to in comics.
