I'm not sure I see how 5E is especially dungeon focused. It is certainly heroic fantasy focused, and you can do that in a dungeon, but what rules in 5E make it hardcoded for dungeon play?

Yeah, the Without Numbers games are superficially "OSR" ish, but I do think they count as very different from D&D-likes.

I am not forgetting them. I am not counting them. Those books have FR info in them, but they aren't FR books as their primary purpose. Just because FR is the default setting of 5E does not mean everything counts as a setting guide.
