The Graystone is locked away, so the they should not be able to destroy it in Dragons of Summer Flame and therefore chaos will not release (as far as i remember).

Just finished the Destinies Triology. Sadly I didn't like it that much, and the ending confuses me a bit .. does it's conclusion now negate Dragons of Summer Flame and the stories after that? Anyone know the official stance on that?

Attacking faster with swapping two weapons, than just using the weapon you already have in hand seems strange and unintended to me.

Dropping to 0 HP doesn't kill you instantly, so there is time to save the character and as I said before, they might even stabilize them themself for some reasons (hostage, posession, sacrifice,..)

The two Banshees should work fine. But with only 2 players any fights will be wonky, since even one character falling out (unconcious, failed save,..) will make a MAJOR difference. I would run the fight with the two Banshees but have a failback at hand. Like an NPC, that might help if someone...

Oh I overlooked something important. Find Famliar is a Ritual, so it already doesn't cost a spell slot! So if the Warlock would need nearly the full time (60 vs 70 min compared to the ritual) and components, he would have nearly no advantage compared to someone who learned the spell the normal...

A follow up question .. does he need the 10GP Component? The feature doesn't say anything about that..

It is not clear since they are worded completely different, but do similar things. With Divine Intervention you use your magic action to choose an spell, then cast it as part of the same action .. so you don't cast it directly with it and it directly mentions that it is part of it in the text...

For the record, I do belive that it is 1 hour to cast Find Familiar, even for the Pact of the Chain Warlock. But I have seen multiple posts and Videos where they mentioned that you can cast ist with a single action .. they might be wrong, but then WOTC have to clarify it since if they get it...

The Sprite would be finde in my book, with it's 10 HP and 6 damage. The big offenders are the Imp, Quasit or Sphinx of Wonder who each has over 20HP and 12-13 Damage (Quasit has less, but does poison condition). With it's additional abilities this might be stronger than many Heroes at the first...

I love the little critters, but a HP20+ creature that can go invisible, shape change and do respectable damage at first level seams extremly powerful .. I mean the HP alone is double that of a first level char. Then there is also the debatable rule that it cost only a single Magic action...

That's easy. Either you have the pact at level 1 but its full power doesn't come throu until the third or you dabble with dark powers until you decide where you want to fully commit at 3rd Level.

I also think it's to costly compared to Eldritch Blast, but I think you can get nice effects with a good magic Weapon and maybe Weapon Specialisation (if you Multiclass) that you cannt with EB. In my opionion, the main problem is that agonizing blast is used per attack, which makes it EB...
