    Dispell a necrotic cyst?

If the effect is listed as instantaneous, then it doesn't need to say anything different. It's no different than flesh to stone in this regard. Now, if the necrotic cyst effect says that remove curse is effective against at any point, then a greater dispel magic has a chance to remove it.

    Movement in combat

Is your DM new at this, Maldur? Even with shaky understanding of AoO, my group had been moving for tactical bonuses since day one... it's one of the benefits of group tactics, along with concentrated fire.

    Provoking multiple AoOs...

Emphasis mine - With the Manyshot question, and taking into account the conversation here... and since there is no indication in the feat itself stating that it works in a fashion different than standard AoO (it doesn't specifically state that it does or doesn't provoke an AoO), it would...

    Provoking multiple AoOs...

The casting of a ranged touch spell would provoke only once, in most cases I can think of, because the text of the spell considers casting the spell as part of the attack (at least in most instances I can think of, just like touch spells). If the spell specifically stated you had to cast first...

    Is this feat broken?

I think it's a bit powerful... for anyone not a Druid 11+. A druid using wild shape can't take the form of one tiny creature, let alone a mass of them, until that level. Since this thread is in general d20, I think the prerequisite should reflect this standard of difficulty in whatever d20...

How can this not be evil?

I would agree - the act is evil. I haven't read the book itself, but the press on their website I've seen doesn't seem to insinuate that all the civilizations are 'good.' I think this is a great hook, actually - a civilization, once a bastion of good, that fell into decline. Now, as its...

    Provoking multiple AoOs...

Okay - I understand it all now, and I'll concede that AoO issue about the bow completely.

    M&M stacking powers

There are options in M&M for dropping the PL stacking rule - it's a sidebar in the same section where they discuss the standard rules on power stacking. It explains the exact things you say; it's just not the standard way it's done. I've never played in an M&M game that didn't have the power...

    Movement in combat

I just re-read this... Are both players rogues? And they both wanted to do the same thing on the same initiative count? Then sure - let them. It occurs at the same time, they should both technically be flanking at the same time, so they can both have sneak attack as well.

    Provoking multiple AoOs...

Actually, up until this point, I wouldn't have allowed a trip, sunder, or disarm as part of iterative attacks; I would have told a player that since it is a standard action to do so (as listed on the table) that it can't be part of a full attack. I went and re-read the SRD on these actions - it...

    Movement in combat

Sounds fine, actually, other than the potential AoO for moving out of the threatened square to get around the opponent. There are several situations possible though, depending on initiative and which round of combat it was: In first round of combat, if the attacker had gone before the rogue...

    M&M stacking powers

I'm so confused now... I give up! I'm still miffed that Penetrating Attack is a PS, while Impervious is an Extra, unless that changed too... :D Overall, though, I think stacking powers is a good safeguard. Taken to the extreme, it can get annoying, but another thing about it I like comes...

    Provoking multiple AoOs...

This statement right here is another reason I think it should be one for the full attack instead of one for each iterative... even in a situation where there could be up to four AoO, how many of them will actually hit, as opposed to simply being extra dice that have to be rolled? Also, there is...

[Comp Adv] Master of Many Forms & Transmutation immunity

Uhhh... what exactly were they thinking? The shapechanger subtype, sure - makes perfect sense. Immunity to a small group of select spells - sure, why not, as long as they make sense. But the entire dang school?! Any regulars over at the WotC boards seen anything on this over there that might...

Do you own a set of "crystal" dice?

I don't have a set of the Crystal dice, but I do have a set of obsidian dice from Crystal Caste. They're small... but they're pretty cool. I have only one of the angular type dice, a d6... and I hate that thing.

    EPIC M&M: Issue 6 (IC)

"Yes, sir - sorry," X12 responds, and heads towards the room. "It could be another one of His tricks," he thinks to himself, pausing just before going in... but goes in anyway.

I thought it did both now.

    M&M stacking powers

I think with the errated version of Penetrating Attack, overlapping Protections would save your butt. The errated Penetrating Attack always forces you to save, regardless of Protection value, and reduces your save by two... but if you had these extra Protection values in the wings, your...

    Provoking multiple AoOs...

But each attack in a full-attack action is not a standard action - the full attack is one action for the sake of the rules. I think archers should be penalized for making the attack in a threatened space, but not for each iterative attack. This can create a situation where an archer provokes...
