Ah, I see. Yes, that sentence is unclear. I took "without a save" to mean if I failed my save. What you meant to say was, "if he does so, he does not get the benefit of a saving throw, and takes the full damage." :) I'm good with that. 6 pts. fire damage, 6 pts. (bludgeon? or non-lethal?)

Note that you wrote "full damage WITHOUT a save."
