    class variant: wilderness rogue

    I like it. Its great for that horse rustler that's so low-down he has to reach up to scratch a snake's belly. The skill swaps balance out IMO, and this allows a nice non-fighter type for rural characters. I see this in the same vein as the urban druid/ranger. (And allowing this may open the...

    The Blind Watchers of the Sylvan Shard

    I wouldn't say no to picking up the pace, but not at the expense of real life. If you have other, more important things to deal with, don't worry about it. :)

    ooc: Either of these are OK with Babette, she'll tag along with Jallembo. What does our sponsor think, she's the one paying?

    The Blind Watchers of the Sylvan Shard

    Rinya shakes her head briefly before continuing. She stares hard at Saithnar, "The fey are adamant in their position. I believe we have but one course of action left open to us." She quickly winks. She continues speaking, this time in Sylvan: Who is our Master, little one? And what is his...

    Can you solve this mystery? (My players stay out!)

    This is an "ancient map," so the discrepancies could be the result of poor cartography... Or being that this is Hollow Earth, it could be a map of a similar but different world "inside" the earth...

    Can you solve this mystery? (My players stay out!)

    A very good point. However, being one of those people who enjoy letter substitution, you've just killed my fun. :( I like this idea, also. :lol:

    Can you solve this mystery? (My players stay out!)

    EMD's pic helps. I would start by assuming its a letter sub code. At about one o'clock on the outer ring there is a symbol standing alone (looks like home plate with two lines coming down from the top). I would assume that is "a." At about eleven o'clock on the outer ring is a three letter...

    Can you solve this mystery? (My players stay out!)

    Well, the first piece looks like, "X marks the spot off the coast of Italy." The rest I'm guessing is a letter substitution code. If I had a printout in front of me I think I could fiddle around and figure it out sooner or later. I might take a whack at it later.

    The Blind Watchers of the Sylvan Shard

    Rinya places herself between Saithnar and her new friend. "Do not listen to this mindwitch! The fey only seek to protect us from our own stupidity. We should leave at once!" She then calls out to the fey in a foreign tongue: "I fear for your safety, little ones!" ooc: Since it looks like...

    The Blind Watchers of the Sylvan Shard
