I think there will be a line in the 2024 PHB that says "Check with your DM for information on the available deities in the campaign." For games with homebrew gods, having gods in the PHB could be confusing and/or disappointing for players. Remember that we are getting Greyhawk as an example...

Each CD has a folder called "Mags" that contains the PDFs. It also contains all seven issues of The Strategic Review.
