I tend to regard any location as a dungeon but even with in the traditional view, I use them a lot. I use dragons a lot less, but I have used them, particularly at higher levels.

Not necessarily, since as far as I know Bookscan no longer includes Amazon sales, due to changes in how the books are distributed. There may be other sales that are no longer included in Bookscan due to that also. Then there are the direct sales and as noted digital sales.
