The only truly defined coin in my D&D game world is the copper coin, dubbed the "Emperor" as a slight towards the last emperor of the realm before it fractured into a collection of warring states. Of course, the lands east of old Teluria have their own styles of coins.

The greatbow only adds a single point of damage output: 1d10 = avg 5.5, 1d12 = avg 6.5. Why not just shoot the archer ranger with some artillery monsters? Note that the ranger must put his quarry on the nearest foe... If you want your artillery to stay safe, swarm the ranger with minions...

This is highly possible... WotC has already said players will be able to use any player-oriented option in any book in any campaign setting. Seeing as spelljammers are in the MotP, Strahd's in Open Grave, and Tieflings are in the PHB, we could already have Count Strahd flying a spelljammer...

Indeed, he's more likely an NPC for the PCs to have some manner of social encounter with rather than a battle. AFAIK, they don't give stats for any of the characters in Sigil.

My group's biggest time-sink is the abundant banter that occurs when friends converge around a table. We're all pretty proficient in the game, but combats typically take a long time (we've made it up to 3 hours before) due to frequent pauses when we get distracted.

You might also make the evil duskblade a lich so she's even harder to put down for good :)

Thanks for all the advice everybody! This sounds a lot like how I used to run D&D 2E, and is most likely how I am going to run WFRP eventually. Now that I think of it, ignoring balance probably lends itself to a more believable world -- something that looks like it goes well with the feeling...
