I haven't messed with it much in several months but, stable diffusion would let you take an image you'd already generate and then give prompts to alter the image. I don't remember it being able to do a fantastic job but I did use it to change hair and such.

I still take issue that we "know" they died when they fell into the chasm. Comic book rules and all. I always felt it was left open.
My point is the scene isn't clear because the follow up scene is missing. The scene you describe doesn't confirm their death. I do see how people assume it.
Ok there is confusion that they were killed due to the arrest scene being cut from the final print.
What we saw was them fall into the openings. We did not actually learn it was a death tumble.
