I had thought about that actually, but since I'm running a d20 game and am strapped for time I'd rather have something already there for me rather than having to convert.

Great idea, wish I had the time though.

If it weren't for the time factor, I would say the Labynrith of Madness.
It was a pretty good 2e one.

If you haven't already run the Bastion of Broken Souls, that should work (unless you hate planar ideas).

As Li Shenron says, Bastion was aimed at this level, but all the reports I've heard of running it to date have been disappointing

Hellstone Deep is for 16-18.

Bastion of Broken Souls is 18th level, though it was 3.0 (and demons only get tougher in 3.5. if you do a straight up conversion.)
