I saw it. Thought it was pretty well done. The action seems to be ramping up for the finale. Not sure how they are going to possibly deal with all of the loose ends, though. Not in 2 hours and do them justice.

This is the first 24 episode I've seen "live". Prior to this, I've spent the last few months watching every single prior episode since the debut, in order, on DVD and iTunes. Thankfully, I finished in time to watch a few new ones before the end of the season.

[sblock=Spoiler]Josh is Jack's son. C'mon, it's so bloody obvious! Helloooooooooo....[/sblock]

[sblock=Spoiler]A lot of people thought that earlier in the year -- he certainly looks more like Jack than Graehm -- but I don't think they'd drop that in the series finale. Besides, Josh seems too old to be from the only period where we know Jack's marriage was in trouble, and he's certainly way too young to be from before Jack's marriage. And Josh could easily have picked up the determined blonde look from Grandpa.

RE: Josh

[sblock=Spoiler]I thought he was Jack's son at first too, and the interaction between Jack and Marilyn earlier in the season certainly helped that along. Now, though, i hate to say, i think their pointing to Philip as being his dad. The way he was talking about Josh being his legacy, and the way Marilyn sorta freaked out that Josh talked to him and what Philip might have said... i found it all a bit curious.[/sblock]

That would be a creepy twist. Jack is already screwed up as it is, and I think he still has some latent feelings for Marilyn --hmmmm maybe, maybe not-- but that would really send him over the edge. That's a lot for one person in a 24 hour period...

Wait.... all 24 seasons are like that. :p

Phillip Bauer
[sblock=Spoiler]From what little I've seen of Phillip Bauer, it wouldn't surprise me in the least.
Let's look at a few facts
1: helping orcestrate mass murder, presidential assasination.
2: aiding and abetting terrorists
3: (Probably) orcestrating Jack's abduction and subsequent 20 month ordeal with the Chinese.
4: Killing Graem, his own son.
5: Kidnapping his nephew.

I've probably left out a few.

Sleeping with his son's wife would probably be the least of his atrocities. This guy is a real snake and a half. I'm surprised Jack turned out as well as he did. Sure he's a psycho, but his dad's worse.

I've missed this season for the most part and will probably pick it up on DVD. [/sblock]

This episode had some nice action scenes.

And Jack should really begin to ignore people informing about him urgent phone calls from CTU or anyone else. Either he is getting captured and send to prison to China, or his nephew is abducted. :)

If I accidently got the command of CTU, I would immediately imprison anyone that is send over from Division during a crisis. They are always a pain in the ass, and it's not likely that I keep the post, and possibly I am dead anyway at the end of the day, so I can least try to what's best for the country. (Though, if Jack was send over, I would immediately grant him access to anything and give him command of anything he needs)
