D&D 4E 4E Visage

Anyone who's played the classic Planescape adventure Dead Gods, by Monte Cook, knows how nasty the visages in it were. They're the undead tanar'ri minions of Tenebrous, and they enslave the minds of their victims.

I plan to make two versions of this guy, both around level 12. One will be a lurker, using invisibility and illusions to rend its victims, and the other will be a controller who dominates, charms, and slides its opponents. The result should be a pair of pretty nasty monsters who work well together to create a very paranoia-inducing encounter.

For now, I'm just going to throw some abilities on here and hopefully some of you kind folks can help me turn this into monsters. Also, hopefully someone can give me some advice on how to keep this amorphous undead demon controller of level 12ish distinct from the other amorphous undead demon controller of level 15, the immolith.

Amorphous: A visage counts as size Small for the purposes of squeezing through spaces.
Lucidity Control (Illusion): aura 5; at the start of the visage's turn, it may slide any enemies in the aura 1 square.
Deceptive Veil (minor; at-will) Illusion: The visage may disguise itself as any natural humanoid it has slain. A successful Insight check (opposed by the visage's Bluff check) pierces the disguise.
Frightful Phantom (standard; recharge 5, 6) * Fear: Ranged 5; psychic damage, the target is pushed 5 squares, and the target is stunned (save ends).
Phantom Image (minor, recharge 5, 6) * Illusion: Until the end of the mindbender visage's next turn, any creature that attacks the visage's AC or Reflex defense must roll twice and use the lower attack roll result. If either result is a critical hit, use that result instead.
False Position (immediate interrupt) Illusion: The visage may shift 8 squares.
Devour Soul (standard; at-will) Healing, Necrotic: Affects a dazed target only; vs. Fortitude; medium necrotic damage, and the visage regains 10 hit points.
