I kind of doubt that Shamal's Healing Potions made it this far. I'm not going to check hundreds of posts to make sure, though!

We could roll randomly to see if he somehow had ONE left, I think is the best bet....

Okay, I flipped a coin and got Heads, which is my default for "yes". So it looks like Merrick can quaff Shamal's last potion. Why the guy didn't drink it himself is anyone's guess, but he was a weird fellah, so who knows?

He had them on his character sheet. Which seems up to date since he took off the sending stones which he gave Merrick after the last fight.

He drank one in the green gem room. I figured he was keeping them to get people up since his lay on hands was all out.

I honestly don’t know what to do. Hopefully most everyone is looking for Urgan and Merrick in other places. If Merrick finds anything, he can tell the group via sending stone. Hide the stone for them to find it later. Maybe if he finds a statue he can also relocate it in a safe place for the group to find.

If he dies, at least he helped the rest of the group.

Hey, is anyone waiting on anything, or are we just all used to this game going at a snail's pace? I'm ready to move on if there's anything actionable.

For example, does anyone want to sneak up the path from the waterfall gorge to see what's going on with the torchlight? Or use Featherfall to jump into the gorge? Does Merrick want to keep moving forward?

I'll do one thing for Urgan, just for my own (and Kobold's) amusement...
