While perhaps inappropriate to the climate of the setting, I used the Egyptian gods as the pantheon of my homebrew setting from 1989 to 2016 (as an explicit attempt to move away from Norse and Greco-Roman gods which were the most common picks in my more generic homebrew worlds of the past), so I have warm feelings about most of these and it is hard to pick.
