This point is for real. I'm on Roll20, and I will probably never switch, much as I hate it. I've got $300+ worth of books there just so my players can have the player options on their character sheets. Sunk cost fallacy and all that; but also switching to another tool would require a lot of work, and would it solve the problems I have with R20 without opening up new cans of worms?marketing to enough people to switch would take years
So I got as far as equipment but could not pick my own equipment so gave up and would never return.
Sorry to say but the functionality you have AI can build in 30 minutes.
Even if you finished it, why would anyone use it over dndbeyond? Better just import their characters from dndbeyond,
