For the elemental planes, you can have landscapers, electricians, plumbers, and metal forgers. The plane of plumbers has numerous pipes taking water from one plane to another, landscapers has perfectly manicured plains and rolling hills, electricians is a plane of rolling storms and large lightning rods harnessing the power with power lines everywhere, metal forgers is one of the heaviest users of the water from the plumbers to cool the many weapons and armour forged on the plane.

Since barkeeps are just another form of drug dealer, they would belong in one of the evil planes.

But they bring so much happiness to the world, definitely belong as one of the good planes.
