There are some in Orental Adventures, Some In Quintessential Fighter, and some in Path of the Sword. The ones in OA you need a bunch of feats, then you get a bonus ability. In Quint Fighter they have prerequisites of feats and skills, and then you get an new manuveur. They may not also cost XP in the revised book. They have 5 tiers. In PotS they have ten tiers and do cost XP and have level limits.

thnx, but how it works, is like a feat, that the PC must meet the pre req and buy it, is gained under training.......

You qualify, get the DM's permission, pay money, train for X time, spend XP and you get it

when u say Oriental adventures u say it is in the core book for the setting or a supplement?
it's in the core OA book, sanches.

in this case, once your PC has all of the prerequisite feats and abilities, you've 'mastered' a fighting style, which gives some kind of bonus (IIRC, one called Empty Hand Mastery increases a monk's unarmed damaged once mastered)
