Alchemy and Treasure

So help me out,

Alchemical items are not Magic items and so, as far as treasure parcels are concerned they do not take up the "Magic Item level N" slots.. right?

That being said, do I just include them for the monetary value?

Example:

Wise old Medicine Woman rewards the party for.. whatever. Instead of handing them gold, it makes sense that she has a few Herbal Poultices that she can give.

How much of the level's treasure should this be worth? The alchemical formula is worth 90gp.. but what if I give them a high-level version.. say
level 8? That is worth 125 in components.

What do you folk do?

What I'm doing is including consumable items (alchemical, whetstones, potions) and rituals in the open "gp/art/gems" parcels, and reducing the amount of real gp in that parcel by the item’s market price. The level of the item is mostly arbitrary anywhere from level to level + 5, the same range as the magic items. Unfortunately from what I can tell, the consumable items don’t have a consistent price relative to their levels, so it's not possible to just tweak the parcel charts to include consumables.

I'm just taking their cost out of the gold parcels. Looking at it, they've done the same thing in a few places with Potions of Healing.
