Allip stats not calculated right?

Hi!

I may be missing something, but I wondered why an allip (MM, p. 10) has a synergy bonus of +2 following tracks (instead of no bonus because it doesn't have spent 5 ranks on Search)?

Maybe someone is able to enlighten me

The allip adds its Dex bonus to incorporeal touch attacks. The tracking thing seems like an error.

I must confess that I've found the "Dex missing part" shortly after posting (not quite woken up), thus I've edited it away.

The +2 on survival may be really an error.

I assume it has that +2 to track due to that fact that an Allip "unrelentingly pursues those who tormented it in life". Sounds more like a circumstance bonus rather than a synergy bonus, the +2 to track is there because of the Allip's nature.
