I had a reason to build this model (which I will post my very unique build pics of AFTER I show it to my players...):
The Warhammer Flamespyre Phoenix:
As designed, the small clear rod ends in a small ball that you glue into a little whole in the Phoenix's body. I'm going to be using this for D&D and find this permanent mount lovely, but less than ideal. I'd like have something collapsible instead. Any suggestions on either a mount, or a message board that I could post this question on that would help?
