Are the Shackles near Sargava?

Visiting relatives, don't have access to my books.

Are the Pirate Isles near Sargava and the setting of the Serpent Skull stuff, or is there no possibility for the crossover?

The Shackles are pretty much neighbours of Sargava, so there shouldn't be too much problem with cross over.

Sargava has allied itself with the Shackles -- and pays for that alliance -- to help keep the fleets from Cheliax away. So, there is indeed a lot of interaction.
