Barbarian Rage...

One question that bugged me for a loooong time... And I never asked. The description of barbarian rage states that during the rage the barbarian enjoys a +2 to will saves against fear.

Everywhere else, in monster and NPC descriptions, it's always a generic +2 to will saves.

Which one is right, and which one do you use?

I've always used the generic +2 to will saves. I don't have my books in front of me now but I don't recall reading the save bonus is only vs fear effects.

And from the SRD.

Barbarian Rage: Barbarian temporarily gains +4 to Strength, +4 to Constitution, and a +2 morale bonus on Will saves, but suffers a –2 penalty to AC.

Seems pretty clear here.
