Adventurer
There are a few out there, Demon God's Fane, some adventures from Dungeon, etc. But which is the best one you've played?

The old 3.0 adventure path Lord of the Iron Fortress is also quite good, if not deadly. I am currently running this one and have had nearly 2 TPKs.

I've looked at that one. Is it easy to update to 3.5?

I ran Demon God's Fane and we really enjoyed it.

We lost 3 PCs out of 6 through the adventure, all in different battles. At least 2 of those deaths were player stupidity though.

SPOILER: I love the time travel bit at the end, with the PCs returning to a slightly different world, because of the battle they fought in the past. I made good use of that to change a few important (to the campaign) things about the campaign world, and confused the heck out of my PCs in the process. Good times! The glabrezu fight is also very cool- he threw a PC through a prismatic wall in my game, which really shocked the players cause I'm not often that evil to their characters. <g>

Throne of Iuz from Dungeon 118. I don't have a lot of experience at these levels, but we had a great time with this one.

I'd recommend Black Ice Well over lord of the Iron Fortress.

Neither is updated to 3.5, though.

When I ran it, it was a mix of 3.0 and 3.5. Other than changing the DR of those 6 armed monstrosities that kept killing my players (:]) and tweaking Sammael just a bit, it runs pretty well as is.
